Spring blind scheduling - Please notice

The scheduling service FBNWA uses is free until we reach a certain number of future appointments or number of registered users.  At that point we have to pay for the service.  With this in mind the 'webmaster' deleted all login IDs except for the people who have already set up reservations for 2014. 'Sorry for the inconvenience but that is the reason your login ID from last year does not work. Just sign up again and you should be OK.
